Regulated profession
The lawyers of the firm practise the profession of avocat, regulated by Act no. 71-1130 of 31 December 1971 and Decree no. 91-1197 of 27 November 1991. They are admitted to the Bars of Paris and of the Pyrénées-Orientales and are subject to the Règlement Intérieur National of the profession of avocat (RIN), the national rules of the French Bar, as well as to the internal rules of their respective bars.
Maître Jérôme Pujol is also registered on Liste E of the Barcelona Bar (Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Barcelona), in accordance with Directive 98/5/EC on the practice of the profession of lawyer on a permanent basis in a member state other than that in which the qualification was obtained.
Qualification: Maîtrise en droit (master's degree in law), obtained in France.
