Founded by Maître Jérôme Pujol, admitted to the Paris and Pyrénées-Orientales bars, the firm brings 26 years of business law practice to company formation and entrepreneurship. Trained at ESSEC and formerly with an international firm, he holds to a simple idea: the law should serve a company's strategy, not slow it down.

You receive a written proposal: the scope of our work, the options open to you, the timescale and the agreed amount. Nothing starts without your approval.

Drafting, negotiation, filing or proceedings: your contact remains the same from beginning to end, and you are kept informed at every stage.
We stay available
A closed file often leaves questions behind: a clause to review, a contract to renew, a new obligation. We remain reachable to answer them.
Fees
Our fees are set in advance
Every piece of work is quoted and approved in writing before it begins. A fee agreement sets out the scope, the amount and the payment terms.
The monthly retainer
Ongoing legal advice for day-to-day questions, reviewing your contracts and keeping watch on your obligations. A budget known in advance, with no volume commitment.
The fixed fee per assignment
Company formation, GDPR audit, trade mark filing, shareholders' agreement: a fixed amount, stated and accepted before the work begins.
The litigation file
For court proceedings, a detailed fee agreement sets out the scope, the work to be done and the terms. Nothing is billed outside that framework.

The first conversation is there to pin down your situation and to tell you plainly what is possible, within what timescale and at what cost. It takes place in one of our three offices or by video call, whichever suits you.
Yes. We have always been open about our prices: fixed fees by type of work, monthly retainers for ongoing support, or a detailed fee agreement depending on the matter. The amount is agreed in writing before any work begins.
Yes. The retainer gives access to ongoing legal advice — day-to-day questions, contract reviews, watch over your obligations — for a budget known in advance. It is the arrangement chosen by most of our entrepreneur clients.
Yes. Our offices in Paris, Perpignan and Barcelona cover the whole country, in person and remotely. Our tools — electronic signature, video calls, online payment — mean a matter can be handled without geographical constraint.
Yes. Our Barcelona office and our network of selected partners, across France and internationally, allow us to follow your cross-border transactions. On Spain, we act under French, European and international law; Spanish domestic law is entrusted to our partner firm in Barcelona, without the file changing hands.
It is a significant part of what we do. Company formation, shareholders' agreement, fundraising, trade mark protection, GDPR compliance: we support projects from their first months, including through pro bono work with incubators.
