Founded by Maître Jérôme Pujol, admitted to the Paris and Pyrénées-Orientales bars, the firm brings 26 years of business law practice to company formation and entrepreneurship. Trained at ESSEC and formerly with an international firm, he holds to a simple idea: the law should serve a company's strategy, not slow it down.
